Readiness and Evidence

Mandate control

Defines sponsor, beneficiary, amount, jurisdiction, purpose, scope, timeline and the authority to present or negotiate the project.

Compliance file

KYC/AML, beneficial ownership, sanctions screening, source-of-funds review and anti-bribery declarations where required.

Project package

Feasibility, contracts, permits, model, repayment source, collateral logic, insurance and risk allocation.
